The cookie used on our site
Our site uses a single cookie: kp_z. This cookie is set by our site itself (first party). It contains a randomly generated number that does not identify you; your name, email address or phone number are not stored in this cookie.
- Purpose: To ensure that the same visitor is counted only once within a given period, i.e. to count visits.
- Retention period: 13 months.
- Group: Essential / basic cookies.
Your preferences and local storage
We store your cookie preference (whether you have seen the notice or your choice) not in a cookie but in your browser's local storage (localStorage). Your language preference is kept in the same place.
When you use the chat assistant, the conversation is kept only in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) for the duration of the open tab; it is deleted when you close the tab.
Advertising, third-party and map links
Our site does not contain advertising, social media or third-party analytics cookies. We do not use embedded maps or videos from third-party services.
The address link in the contact section opens Google Maps in a new page; Google's own rules apply on that page.
Managing cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies through your browser settings.
If you block the kp_z cookie, the site will continue to work; your visit will be counted only once a day, using a method that does not identify you.
